Samson had a weakness for woman, yet the Lord used his weakness to kill many of Israel's enemies. His parents did not recognize Samson's behavior as positive, but the Lord was working through him. Jdg. 14:4

I do not think the Israelites were all that happy with the judge God had chosen either. They were willing to give him up to their enemies. Jdg. 15:11-12

Sometimes we do not understand the behavior of others (spouses, children, politicians) but we need to recognize that God is in control and can work all things together for good. Rom. 8:28
